Hours And Appointments:

Tracy worked full time in the healing community for 20+ years and part time for 6 years. Working in the field of death Tracy realizes on a deep level that every moment is a gift and she doesn't want any moments to go to waste!

In the fall of 2022 she was fortunate enough to take a three month sabbatical and it was life changing in many ways. It helped her to see how beneficial it was for her body, mind and soul, and therefore, her career.

With that said, as long as she, and her fiance John, are able to do so, they will continue to take at least one, maybe two, two month sabbaticals per year (God/Universe willing).

Tracy and John also take a week here and there to get away while not on sabbatical. But when Tracy is home, she is happily busy doing a lot of readings full time.

Because of their travel lifestyle and the limited amount of sessions (roughly 500 per year), Tracy has decided to only work with clients who she can truly cater to. Being an "emotional medium" Tracy's goal is to help you to be your best self which sometimes means emotional therapeutic self work. If this sounds like you, Tracy is ready and excited to work with you!

If you happen to get the automated response saying they are away until such and such date, please leave your name and number and John will get back to you as soon as he's back in the office. (Although they are booked out at least 6 months to a year at a time, cancelations may happen and you may get in sooner.)

Tuesday Noon - 7pm
Wednesday 11am - 6pm
Thursday Noon - 7pm
Friday 11am - 6pm
(At this time, all evening appointments are taken by standing clients.)

Due to high demands and limited spaces, the following is the cancellation policy:

A NO SHOW, CANCELING, OR NOT BEING ABLE TO MAKE YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME FOR WHATEVER REASON WITHIN 24 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR SESSION WILL BE 100% PAYMENT CHARGED TO CARD ON FILE. BETWEEN 24 AND 48 HOURS (2 days) PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT 50% OF SERVICE WILL BE CHARGED.

IF FOR ANY REASON YOU CANNOT MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT ON THE DAY OF AND HAVE NOT CONTACTED TRACY WITHIN 15 MINUTES PAST YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME YOU WILL BE CONSIDERED A NO SHOW AND THE CREDIT CARD ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE SESSION FEE.
